PHRI Sulsel Catat 2 Tamu Resort Jadi Korban Pemalsuan Knowledge Nomor Kontak

Perakitan Hotel dan Restoran Indonesia (PHRI) Sulawesi Selatan mencatat ada dua tamu lodge menjadi korban pemalsuan knowledge nomor telepon pada Google Bisnis.
“Kalau kerugian yang telah terjadi sampai saat ini sudah ada yang melaporkan ke kami dan yang mendapatkan dampak kerugian jelas masyarakat,” kata Ketua PHRI Sulsel Anggiat Sinaga kepada CNNIndonesia.comSelasa (13/8).
Sementara itu, 28 lodge yang berada di Makassar telah melakukan perbaikan site lodge dan penginapan tersebut, setelah pelaku mengubah kontak lodge menjadi nomor telepon milik pelaku.

“Ketika masyarakat ingin mencari tahu kontak suatu lodge, yang terlihat kontak si pelaku. Kemungkinan, ada transaksi yang terjadi di situ antara korban dan pelaku,” ungkapnya.
Anggiat menuturkan PHRI telah mengambil langka-langkah antisipasi terjadi kasus tersebut yang akan merugikan masyarakat dengan melakukan verifikasi.
“Sekarang antisipasi yang kami lakukan dari PHRI Sulsel adalah kami meminta kepada seluruh lodge untuk terus melakukan replace kata sandi, dan mengaktifkan tahapan 2 verifikasi,” ungkapnya.
Lebih lanjut, Anggiat mengungkapkan PHRI Sulsel masih menunggu arahan dari PHRI pusat terkait upaya melibatkan tenaga ahli IT untuk menyelesaikan masalah pemalsuan knowledge nomor telepon dari Google Bisnis itu.
“Masih tunggu arahan dari PHRI pusat, karena PHRI pusat akan laporkan ke Bareskrim Mabes Polri, karena terkena secara nasional,” pungkasnya.
